The overlooked gap
You already maintain nearly everything in your home: the roof, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, security, landscaping and even the pool.
But the environment your family actually lives inside? Most homeowners have never been shown how to care for it as one connected whole.
That is the overlooked gap. PUR-HOME was built to fill it.
A short conversation is the easiest place to start.
Think about the home as one environment
Air quality, humidity, ventilation and water do not stay in separate boxes. They all shape the rooms your family lives in every day.
PUR-HOME starts with a whole-home reset, then adds the equipment and visibility needed for ongoing care.
From there, the system keeps working: treating the air, managing selected conditions, watching for changes and giving you a clearer view of what is happening in the home.
For Central Texas homes, that can mean paying closer attention to heat, humidity, wind, dust, pollen and the long stretches when the house is closed up with the HVAC running.
Most of life happens inside. Care for it as a whole.
Whole-home water systems taught homeowners to think beyond a single faucet. PUR-HOME applies the same whole-house thinking to the indoor environment.
Start with what you are noticing
You do not need to know which system or piece of equipment you need. Start with the question you are already asking.
Cedar, oak, grasses, wind and everyday indoor sources can all add to the particle load inside a Central Texas home.
Explore allergies and indoor air → Humidity & moistureIndoor humidity can stay high for reasons that have little to do with the thermostat setting.
Understand indoor humidity → Musty smellsA persistent musty or damp smell is worth investigating, especially after rain or when the HVAC turns on.
See common causes → DustDust comes from indoors and outdoors. Filtration, air movement and household routines all play a part.
Look at the dust problem → Mold concernsNot always. Moisture, water intrusion and visible growth need to be handled correctly, and sometimes that means calling a licensed specialist.
Know when to investigate → Indoor airRoom purifiers can help in one space. Whole-home care looks at filtration, treatment, humidity, monitoring and maintenance together.
Explore whole-home air →What the system is built around
Those three priorities guide how we configure the system, what we monitor and how we stay involved after installation.
Whole-home air treatment and filtration work beyond a single room or portable device.
Moisture control, leak awareness and selected environmental readings help you stay ahead of conditions that can affect the home.
Professional installation, a personal dashboard and ongoing service mean you are not left with a box of equipment and a manual.
The PUR-HOME System
The exact configuration depends on the home, but the pieces are selected to work together rather than as unrelated add-ons.
Start with a professional whole-home reset to create a cleaner baseline before the ongoing system takes over.
A professionally installed purification component integrates with compatible HVAC equipment to deliver around-the-clock whole-home air treatment.
A proprietary probiotic treatment is distributed through the home as one layer of continuous indoor environmental care.
When the home needs it, whole-home dehumidification helps control excess indoor humidity and reduce the conditions that can contribute to moisture-related problems.
Connected leak sensors can alert you to water in selected high-risk areas before a small event has more time to spread.
Connected sensors track selected conditions over time, and your personal dashboard puts those readings in one place so you can see how the home is doing.
Family. Purpose. A leap of faith.
During the uncertainty of the COVID shutdown, Lisa saved every dollar she earned as a beverage-cart server at a local golf course. After a little over a year, the jar held more than $10,000 - her family’s entire life savings.
Lisa and Dean used those savings to buy their first van and the equipment they needed to start the family business that eventually led to PUR-HOME. There were no investors or wealthy backers, just their savings, long days and a belief that homeowners needed a better option.
That leap of faith grew into a multi-million-dollar family business that has served thousands of families throughout the Puget Sound.
Texas is the next chapter. PUR-HOME brings that hands-on experience into a more proactive, ongoing approach to caring for the home.

Built for real life
Kids running through the hall. Dogs underfoot. Friends around the kitchen island. Workouts, naps, projects, celebrations and everyday messes.
PUR-HOME is designed for proactive homeowners who want the home to stay comfortable, well cared for and ready for all of it.
The PUR-HOME Home Environment Scorecard
The consultation is designed to organize what is often scattered across different products, service records and homeowner observations.
Your scorecard creates a simple baseline across five areas so the recommendation is easier to understand - and the home can be cared for with greater intention over time.
Bring monitoring, maintenance and system support into one coordinated plan.
Environmental visibility
Connected sensors track selected conditions such as humidity over time. Your dashboard makes the trends visible so changes are easier to spot and discuss.

Selected readings create useful visibility into changes over time.
Different ways a home can be managed
Small issues can quietly compound over time.
Relies on harsh cleaners, artificial fragrances and temporary treatments instead of caring for the home as one connected environment.
A home that is quietly balanced, continuously cared for and built for everyday life.
A beautifully cared-for home feels balanced, vibrant and alive.

PUR-HOME, here in Central Texas
Heather and Jeremy Loethen first got to know Georgetown through Heather’s aunt and uncle, who moved here more than 20 years ago. They later moved here with their twins when the kids were one. Now three, the twins are growing up with mornings at Garey Park, trips to the Georgetown Public Library and rides on the little train at Cedar Rock Railroad.
Both come from cattle-ranching families, so the rolling hills, ranches and smaller communities surrounding Georgetown felt familiar from the beginning. A friendship between Heather’s parents and PUR-HOME founders Dean and Lisa Stephens eventually brought the families together and became the beginning of PUR-HOME in Central Texas.

Frequently asked
Pollen and outdoor particles can enter on clothing, pets, open doors and outdoor air. Indoor dust, pet dander and other particles can add to the load. PUR-HOME is not a medical treatment, but whole-home filtration, air treatment and humidity management may help improve the indoor environment.
Air conditioning removes some moisture, but indoor humidity can still stay high because of weather, ventilation, equipment sizing, household activity, leaks or other moisture sources. PUR-HOME can monitor humidity and, when appropriate, include whole-home dehumidification. Water intrusion still needs to be repaired at the source.
A musty smell can be associated with excess moisture, damp materials, HVAC conditions or other sources. It does not prove that mold is present. Persistent odors, visible growth or water damage deserve a closer look.
Dust comes from skin, fabrics, pets, soil, pollen and other particles that enter or circulate through the home. Better filtration and whole-home air treatment can reduce some airborne particles, but no system can make a home dust-free.
PUR-HOME is not a mold inspection or remediation company. If you suspect active mold growth, significant water damage or need testing or remediation, a properly licensed specialist may be the right first call. PUR-HOME focuses on the broader indoor environment, including air treatment, humidity management, leak awareness and monitoring.
Indoor pollutants and allergens can matter for people with asthma and other respiratory conditions, but PUR-HOME does not diagnose or treat asthma. Medical symptoms should be discussed with a healthcare professional. Our role is to help homeowners better manage the indoor environment.
Morning congestion can have many causes, including allergies and medical conditions. If the pattern seems tied to the home or bedroom, it can be useful to look at pollen, dust, pets, humidity, filtration and other indoor conditions while also discussing persistent symptoms with a healthcare professional.
HVAC or duct cleaning is a specific maintenance service. PUR-HOME is an ongoing whole-home approach that can combine a reset, HVAC-integrated purification, proprietary probiotic treatment, humidity management, leak awareness, monitoring and ongoing service.
