Outdoor particles and pollen can travel with changing Central Texas conditions.
PUR-HOME in Georgetown, Texas
A healthier home starts with understanding the environment inside it.
Georgetown gives us a lot to love: Hill Country views, open countryside, beautiful neighborhoods and a community built around family. It also sits in a part of Central Texas where wind, seasonal pollen, dust, heat and humidity are part of everyday life. PUR-HOME gives homeowners a more coordinated way to think about the environment inside the home.

Your home has an environment of its own.
Central Texas weather does not stay politely outside. Wind can move pollen and dust through the area, cedar and oak seasons can be hard to ignore, summer heat keeps air-conditioning systems working for long stretches, and humidity can affect how a home feels. PUR-HOME starts by looking at the home as a connected environment, then builds a plan around the house rather than a generic package.
Cedar, oak, grasses and other seasonal allergens are a familiar part of life in our region.
Long hot seasons mean many homes spend months relying heavily on their cooling systems.
Indoor humidity is one part of the overall home environment worth understanding and managing.

Meet Jeremy and Heather Loethen
Georgetown became home. PUR-HOME became personal.
We first got to know Georgetown through Heather’s aunt and uncle, who moved here more than 20 years ago. Every visit gave us another reason to picture a life here: the historic Square, the rolling Hill Country landscape, ranches just outside town and a community where families seemed to put down real roots.
We made the move with our twins when they were one. They are three now, and Georgetown is simply home. We spend mornings at Garey Park, make regular trips to the Georgetown Public Library, ride the little train at Cedar Rock Railroad and get to raise our kids with grandparents nearby and neighbors who know them.
The countryside feels familiar, too. We both come from cattle-ranching families, so the livestock, open land and smaller communities surrounding Georgetown remind us of where we came from. We loved that we could build a life close to Austin without giving up that connection to the country.
PUR-HOME came into our lives through family as well. Heather’s parents met Dean and Lisa Stephens while traveling, became friends and eventually told all four of us that we needed to meet. They were right. We connected with the Stephens family and with what they had built through years of working directly in people’s homes.
That relationship is what brought PUR-HOME to Central Texas. For us, this is not about bringing an outside brand into a market. It is about building something here, in the community where we are raising our children, with people we know and trust. When a Georgetown homeowner calls PUR-HOME, we want that local connection to be felt from the first conversation through the years of care that follow.
